A research report exploring how we can better serve potential investors through improved access to resources, education and real assets.

Problem

A new gold investment platform entered the New Zealand market. Their goal is to provide access to real assets (e.g gold) and needed some insight on how to connect more effectively with the wider industry.

Solution

I provided a research report into the current state of their connection with the wider industry and what solutions could be implemented to improve this.

Research

Starting with our assumptions about the industry and existing data, I ran a series of polls and surveys through my own community (who are potential investors and an aligned audience for the brand).

This allowed me to build an empathy map directly relating to the current feelings of our audience.

From here I was able to overlap assumptions and queries with the actual data collected.

This led to overlapping the main challenges to our mission and establish where our resources and expertise were available to fill the gaps. This also informed better questions.
